with a philanthropic view, committed to excellence in education, keeping in mind the fast, modern and global development in various branches of science & Technology, the society for Institute of rural Management established many academic and technical institutions at Jaipur, Jodhpur and Phagi. The society has expanded its canvas by starting St. Xavier Teachers Training College a Phagi, Jaipur.

The main objective of establishing this college is to respond to the call of the Nation. Presently, the Nation requires responsible, productive and creative youth, who have skill to think globallay, reason critically with a vision of a great, prosperous and luminous India.

Swami Vivehananda, was not far from truth when he said, "What greater or better gift can offer than to teach and instruct our youth". He pointed put as to where the power of a Nation lies. He said that the youth are a country's destiny. Youth are the destiny of a Nation and their personality is shaped and moulded by teachers. It  is truly said that the ultimate fate of a country is made in the classrooms of Educational Institutions The teaching community has a crucial role to play in educating youth for National development and character building. They nurture and cultivate tender minds towards the pursuit of excellence. Teacher as a guiding light leads the child towards the correct path for which teachers should have special training practice.

St. Xavier Teachers Training College established at Phagi is a co-educational institution in as exceptionally good academic environment, most suitable to learning. The college has highly qualified, experienced faculty in a learning oriented and stimulating environment Apart from lectures in classrooms, various healthy outlets in the form of extra curricular activities are provided by the college.

We at St. Xavier would like and hope to fulfill the commitment for quality education and keep the reputation of excellence which has been earned by IIRM group rated A⁺ among the top twenty B schools f Management in India.
